Talks on 'contentious' NCTC left out of CMs' meet on April 15
Amid uncertainty and division within the government over the fate of its ambitious anti-terror body NCTC, the Centre has left it out of the agenda of the forthcoming chief ministers’ conference and preferred to focus on other matters relating to public order and policing.
